Franck Kamunga Cibangu

Biography:
Franck Kamunga Cibangu is a Stanford University Fellow on Democracy, Development and Rule of Law, Executive Director of Droits Humains Sans Frontières NGO, based in the DRC, and former Coordinator of the Africa Democracy Forum. He has over 15 years’ working experience in human rights, democracy and governance in Africa. His areas of expertise are electoral administration and electoral conflict, migration, development and humanitarian affairs in Central Africa, Millennium Development Goals, peace and security issues. He holds a Masters in Democracy and Diversity, and a Bachelors degree in International Law, International Relations and International Humanitarian Law.
