Zambia with a population of almost 10 million inhabitants are distributed in four (4) City Councils (Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola and Livingstone) Municipal Councils (Mongu, Kasama, Mansa, Kabwe, Solwezi, Choma, Mazabuka and Chipata) and the rest are Rural Councils.
